Coming Soon! Dewalt’s 15 ah Battery

Oh, we can’t wait till this big beefy bad boy hits the market.

Coming very, very soon now, Dewalt’s FlexVolt 15.0 Ah battery (20V/60V max, if you’re wondering) will offer the highest capacity of any battery on their cordless system.

Some retailers are guessing these yellow and grey power giants will be available mid-November. Sometimes they be tricky to find but there are always 9 ah batteries to tide you over.

Weighing in at 4.5 lbs, the new battery on the block will change voltage when going from 20V max to 60V max tools and promises to be compatible with a variety of 20V max tools and chargers.

In 20V max tools it will provide extended runtime, while in 60V MAX* it will deliver cordless 60V max power.

All that sweet power will cost you though. The new battery is expected to take a $350 bite out of your wallet.
